These Rules and Regulations of the Crystal Ridge Homeowners�
Association (these �Rules�) apply to all real property described in,
and subject to, that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions,
and Restrictions of the Crystal Ridge Homeowners Association of
Puyallup, Washington, dated as of November 16, 1992 and recorded in
the Records of Pierce County under Auditor�s File No. 9211160194, as
modified and amended by that certain First Amendment to Declaration
of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions dated as of July 6, 1993
and recorded in the Records of Pierce County under Auditor�s File
No. #9307060139 (collectively, the �Declaration�).
