The Board is
working hard
to adhere to
these rules.

modifications
to home or
property.

The
City
of
Puyallup
is
proceeding
with
improvements
to
the
intersection
of
Shaw
and
23rd...including
a
traffic
signal.

2008
HOA
Dues
-
The
HOA
dues
for
2008
were
raised
by
5%
to
cover
increased
costs
for
landscaping
and
other
costs
including
capital
costs
of
repairs,
replacement
and
maintenance.
This
increase
was
included
in
your
annual
dues
statements
mailed
out
on
December
26,
2007.
Note:
2008
HOA
Dues
are
due
January
1,
2008
and
are
delinquent
on
February
1,
2008.
Failure
to
timely
pay
HOA
dues/assessments
will
result
in a
late
fee
charge,
filing
of a
lien,
and/or
other
legal
recourse
as
defined
in Article
VIII
of
the
Covenants,
Conditions
and
Restrictions.
Late
fees
are
accrued
monthly
and
will
not
be
written
off.
All
accounts
with
a
balance
after
June
30th
will
be
sent
to
collections.

garbage
cans to
your
homes
after
pick up.

All
modifications
to your
home
MUST be
approved
prior to

CC&R’s.

Liens
will be
placed on
all
properties
not
current
with
their
HOA
dues.

Please
be aware
that
homes
and
yards
need to
be
compliant
with the
CC&R’s.
This
means
paint
and lawn
needs to
be
compliant.
